C3P3® technology

A disruptive technology for bioproduction

The C3P3® patented technology enables to develop highly processive, autonomous and host-independent transcription systems thanks to the combined use of a new kind of RNA polymerase and specific DNA templates to produce fully mature mRNA-like molecules (5’-cap and 3’-polyadenylation with non-phosphorylated capped 5’-ends preventing non-specific innate immunity activation) which enables the expression of virtually any gene, in any eukaryotic species with higher efficiency.

The C3P3® expression technology enables to develop high performance high yield expression systems for mRNA production, protein production in eukaryotic cells and in vitro cell-based assays.
